This supplement is perfect for my joints. I used to have a crunching sound in my knees, but that disappeared after a month of taking these capsules, which I also combine with vitamin D3 for better effect. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I take them every morning after breakfast. I plan to buy them again.

Fine! I take it for joint inflammation alongside other supplements. It helps as my knees hurt less and the inflammation has reduced. I was advised by a nutritionist to use this as it is cheaper than pharmacy drugs.
